I have been teaching since 2002, a role which has allowed me to travel the world, and then brought me home to work within my community in 2005.

My focus is on teaching appropriate touch and massage skills for life: subjects I am not only passionate about but dedicated to teaching.

I follow research around my roles and strive to keep training and learning so that I can provide the best services I can. I take initiative in the courses I run, putting myself where I feel needed: nurseries, private homes and children's centres.

My roles of massage teacher, therapist and doula are all woven into my work as a supporter of women in whatever capacity they seek out my services.

I take care not to step outside my field of expertise and have a close network of local contacts that I am able to put you in touch with should I be unable to help you myself.

> Six months studying Craniosacral therapy and anatomy with Luis Mendez in Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain.

> Two years in Mexico working on my understanding of the Buddhist teachings, meditation, yoga and learning truths and basics in the art of healing and reading others.
